Plumbing repairs at fixed prices
The hard water on this coast wears out taps, cistern valves and silicone. We replace them for a fixed price that you see before you book.
What we do
- New kitchen and bathroom taps and mixers
- Toilets that keep running or won't flush
- Old, mouldy silicone around showers and baths replaced
- Other small plumbing jobs at our hourly rate
Fixed prices
The price you see is the price you pay for the work, VAT included. Parts are charged at cost, or use your own.
- Replace a tap or mixer €59 + parts Kitchen or bathroom. We fit the new tap and take the old one away.
- Toilet cistern mechanism €69 + parts Toilet keeps running or won't flush? We replace the fill valve or flush mechanism.
- Reseal shower or bath €69 Old, mouldy silicone removed and new anti-mould silicone applied. Silicone included.
Something else? Other small jobs cost €42 for the first hour, then €21 for each extra 30 minutes. We always agree the price before we start.
What we don't do
- Gas boilers and gas water heaters
- Unblocking drains and sewers

Common questions
Who pays for parts and materials?
Parts are charged at the price on the receipt, with no mark-up. If you prefer, you can buy the parts yourself and we fit them.
How soon can you come?
Usually within a few days. Same-day urgent visits are sometimes possible for an extra €30. We will always tell you honestly when we can come.
What if something goes wrong after the job?
Our work has a 90-day guarantee. If something we fixed fails because of our work, we come back and fix it for free.
